What happens in the Psychotherapy and Counselling session?
In our psychotherapy and counselling session we would talk about any of your concerns, explore your feelings, thoughts, beliefs. Raising your self-awareness, understanding, finding solutions and answers from within you. Psychotherapy time is a special time tailored to your specific needs. It is a space in which you can speak freely feeling completely accepted, understood and appreciated for all that you are experiencing now. A non-judgmental approach is taken to gently to look within you. You will then be able to open and share whatever is on your mind whilst receiving my undivided attention as I am there listening in a very supportive way.
My framework offers unconditional positive regard, transparency, congruence, non-judgment. This enables you to feel free to convey your feelings, develop trust and confidence to be who you are whilst making your own decisions.
My integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling is comprised of three separate methods:
